Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. Expands Global Water Portfolio with Acquisition of Ontario Water Wastewater Consulting

September 25, 2025

Strategic acquisition strengthens Rainmaker’s North American presence, enhances Miranda Water Technologies’ capabilities, and supports long-term growth for shareholders.

Las Vegas, September 25 – Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. (OTC: RAKR), a global leader in sustainable water technology solutions, today announced the acquisition of Ontario Water Wastewater Consulting (OWWC) through its affiliate Miranda Water Technologies. This transaction expands Rainmaker’s portfolio, reinforces its North American base, and enhances its ability to deliver sustainable water and wastewater treatment solutions worldwide.

Strengthening Technology and Market Position

OWWC has built a strong reputation in Ontario as both a consulting firm and a custom manufacturer of advanced wastewater treatment systems. By integrating OWWC’s expertise with Miranda’s established portfolio, which includes the patented Miracell® Rotating Biological Contactor and the R/OCell® reverse osmosis system, Rainmaker is positioned to deliver comprehensive, scalable, and revenue-generating solutions to municipalities, industries, and communities worldwide.

Expanding Resources and Shareholder Value

The acquisition brings OWWC’s consulting practice, fabrication operations, and Ontario-based supply chain into Miranda, strengthening engineering capacity and broadening market access. This integration advances Miranda’s technology platform and supports Rainmaker’s long-term strategy of combining regional expertise with global operations to drive shareholder value.

Leadership Driving Integration and Growth

Jamie Mason, founder and principal of OWWC, has joined Miranda as Vice President of Solution Engineering and has also taken an equity position in the company. In this role, Mason will lead solution design and oversee the integration of advanced technologies across Miranda’s expanding product and service portfolio.

“This acquisition reflects Rainmaker’s strategy of investing in strong regional leaders and combining their expertise with our global platform,” said Michael O’Connor, Chairman and CEO of Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. “The addition of OWWC’s consulting and custom manufacturing capabilities enhances Miranda’s strength and positions us better to serve the growing demand for advanced water solutions while creating long-term value for our shareholders.”

Complementary Portfolios for Global Expansion

Rainmaker Worldwide will continue to advance its own technology portfolio, including the Atmocell Air-to-Water system, while Miranda focuses on biological wastewater treatment, water reuse, and integrated system solutions. Together, the companies deliver a complementary set of technologies designed to capture market share and meet the rising global demand for sustainable water solutions.
