Our Story
Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. (“Rainmaker”) is a publicly traded company. Since 2014, we have been dedicated to addressing critical water challenges with innovative, scalable, and cost-effective technologies that transform air, ocean, and wastewater into clean water. In 2017, Rainmaker took a significant step in its growth by going public on the United States Over-the-Counter (OTC) Market under the symbol RAKR, further enabling us to expand our global reach and deliver impactful solutions.
By ensuring access to clean water where it is needed most, we aim to empower businesses, strengthen communities, and drive meaningful change. Through research and development, strategic acquisitions, and global partnerships, we deliver sustainable solutions that drive growth and transform lives worldwide.
Our flagship product, Air-to-Water, harnesses heat and humidity in the air to produce clean water, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional sources.
In 2024, we expanded our portfolio with the acquisition of Miranda Water Technologies, integrating advanced solutions to address diverse water and wastewater challenges. The patented Miracell® Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC) transforms wastewater into reusable water directly at its source, while the Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) combines microfiltration (MF) or ultrafiltration (UF) with a suspended growth bioreactor to produce clear, pathogen-free water in complex and variable wastewater conditions. Additionally, R/OCell® technology purifies seawater, ocean water, well water, brackish water, and freshwater from lakes and rivers.
In collaboration with leading water technology partners, Rainmaker delivers tailored, turnkey solutions to meet the needs of industries, municipalities, and large-scale developments. Through our joint venture, Rainmaker Mexico, we extend our reach and offerings, focusing on the hospitality sector, commercial applications, and medium-scale infrastructure projects.
