Michael Skinner is President and Director of Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. and previously served as the company’s CEO. A seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in water technology and business development, Michael is also CEO of Miranda Water Technologies, where he drives innovation in sustainable water treatment systems. He previously served as CEO of the Innovation Cluster in Peterborough, where he supported over 400 startups and helped generate $50 million in economic impact. Michael also chaired CAWT (Centre for Advancement of Water and Wastewater Technologies), which has the mission of advancing global water research and commercialization. Michael specializes in strategic growth, market development, and operational execution, positioning Rainmaker and Miranda to advance scalable, practical water solutions for underserved communities and commercial applications.

Ryan Moore brings over 25 years of experience in corporate sales, channel development, and relationship management, with a background rooted in the automotive sector. He has successfully expanded market share for major aftermarket suppliers across Ontario and Quebec by combining technical knowledge with exceptional customer service. Ryan later transitioned into government relations, where he became known for connecting stakeholders and facilitating strategic partnerships. He also has experience in agriculture, managing livestock marketing and international distribution. At Miranda Water Technologies, Ryan plays a key role in shaping financial strategy and supporting growth through his business acumen, negotiation expertise, and operational insight.

Kelly White has over 25 years of experience in finance, administration, and human resources. Since 2015, she has led financial management and corporate strategy at Rainmaker. Previously, she was a partner at Larchwood Management Partners, a finance, business, and strategic advisory consultancy serving the telecommunications, utility, and water sectors. She has also managed business startups across Canada and is an active community volunteer. White holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Economics from Trent University.

Catia Da Silva Skinner is Vice President, Marketing and Communications at Rainmaker Worldwide Inc., where she leads the company’s marketing, brand strategy and corporate communications.

With over 20 years of experience in marketing and strategic communications, Catia brings a strong background in technology and international markets. Her expertise spans brand positioning, product marketing, digital strategy, investor communications, public relations and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on clean technology, water innovation and sustainability.

Throughout her career, Catia has specialized in translating complex technologies and business strategies into clear, compelling narratives that strengthen market positioning, support international business development and drive long-term growth.

Leopoldo “Polo” Morones is the Chief Executive Officer of Rainmaker Mexico, bringing over 25 years of experience in water infrastructure. As the founder of LM4 Pozos y Construcción, S.A. de C.V., he earned a strong reputation across Mexico for delivering deep well drilling, high-pressure pumping systems, and civil works. Now leading Rainmaker Mexico, Polo is focused on expanding operations and deploying decentralized water technologies. His expertise in water sourcing, system design, and logistics makes him well-equipped to manage projects in both urban and rural regions. His leadership supports Rainmaker’s mission to provide scalable and cost effective water solutions.

Neil McNeill is the Vice President of Business Development at Rainmaker Mexico, a subsidiary of Rainmaker Worldwide Inc., where he leads sales and strategic growth initiatives across the region. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Neil brings over 30 years of global executive experience in NGO fundraising, education leadership, and business development. His career spans roles in both the nonprofit and academic sectors, with a focus on leadership development, strategic partnerships, and sustainable impact. At Rainmaker, Neil has been instrumental in launching operations in Aguascalientes, building the foundation for Rainmaker Mexico’s expansion in decentralized water treatment and reuse technologies.
