Strategic partnership with Prevassa expands Rainmaker’s portfolio reach, driving sustainable infrastructure growth and long-term revenue opportunities across seven new markets.
Las Vegas, October 15, 2025 – Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. (OTC: RAKR), a global leader in sustainable water technology solutions, announced today that its affiliate Miranda Water Technologies has expanded its international footprint through a new regional distribution partnership with Prevassa, a network of environmental engineering firms operating in Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic.
This expansion advances Rainmaker’s strategy to scale its high-performing subsidiaries in emerging markets and strengthen its presence in regions with rising infrastructure investment. Under the agreement, Prevassa joins Miranda’s Partner Program as an Integration and Development Partner, authorized to market, deploy, and support Miranda’s decentralized water and wastewater treatment technologies across seven countries. These include the Miracell® Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC) for modular wastewater treatment, R/OCell® reverse osmosis desalination systems, Membrane Bioreactors (MBRs), Atmospheric Water Generators, and the SmartCell automation and remote monitoring platform.
“Miranda’s continued success in securing strategic regional partnerships is a key driver of Rainmaker’s global growth,” said Michael O’Connor, Chairman and CEO of Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. “This expansion into Central America and the Dominican Republic increases Rainmaker’s exposure to markets with strong infrastructure investment potential and is expected to contribute to recurring revenue growth over the medium term. It reflects our disciplined strategy of scaling subsidiaries that generate long-term enterprise value through sustainable technology adoption.”
Prevassa’s regional presence and engineering expertise will accelerate the market deployment of Miranda’s technologies across hotels, commercial developments, remote infrastructure, and residential projects. Miranda’s flagship Miracell® system delivers advanced biological wastewater treatment, using up to 85 percent less energy than conventional systems, and offers a scalable and efficient solution for diverse applications.
“We have spent years evaluating water and wastewater technologies, and Miranda stood out as a clear leader,” said Salvador Moscoso, spokesperson for Prevassa. “Their innovative portfolio delivers the efficiency, reliability, and scalability needed in the countries we serve. With more than 1,200 systems deployed globally, we are confident in Miranda’s proven ability to ensure reliable access to clean water and effective wastewater treatment for the industries and communities we support.”
This partnership marks another milestone in Rainmaker Worldwide’s growth strategy, reinforcing its commitment to building a profitable and impact-driven portfolio. As Miranda continues to expand globally, Rainmaker strengthens its recurring revenue streams and enhances long-term shareholder value, while advancing its mission to deliver sustainable, decentralized water solutions that address the global water crisis.
