CEO Investor Update: Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. Expansion and Global Water Innovation

September 15, 2025

Dear Valued Customers, Investors and Stakeholders,

This year has been one of progress and positioning for Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. (OTC: RAKR). While revenues have remained limited, the groundwork we have established sets the stage for significant growth in 2026. Guided by our mission to help solve the global water crisis by providing economical, scalable and environmentally sustainable solutions through innovative technology, we advanced on multiple fronts, including market expansion, product innovation, and global deployments.

Building Our Foundation in Mexico

In August, we announced the opening of a new office and sales channel in Aguascalientes, Mexico, led by industry veteran Leopoldo “Polo” Morones. This milestone marks the beginning of Rainmaker’s nationwide growth strategy in Mexico, one of the most important emerging markets for water technology.

With more than 25 years of experience in water infrastructure and civil works, Polo brings proven expertise in water sourcing, system design, and logistics. The Aguascalientes hub will provide access to Rainmaker’s full portfolio of solutions, including AtmoCell Air-to-Water systems, Miracell® wastewater treatment, and R/OCell® water purification for both urban and rural clients. Positioned in a region known for strong infrastructure and global investment, our Mexico operations represent a strategic platform for scaling across North America.

Driving Innovation and Global Deployments

In September, we launched the AtmoCell 5K, Rainmaker’s most advanced Air-to-Water system. Its key differentiator is a chemical-free multi-stage purification system that combines filtration, reverse osmosis, and ultraviolet sterilization to produce water that meets or exceeds international quality standards. Each unit generates up to 5,000 liters of drinking water per day, providing reliable water security for remote communities, industrial operations, and humanitarian relief zones. The AtmoCell 5K is compatible with solar, wind, hybrid, and grid power, and supported by SmartCell remote monitoring for real-time oversight and predictive maintenance. Its compact and modular design enables rapid installation and scalability to meet global demand for decentralized infrastructure.

In July, Miranda Water Technologies deployed a second Miracell® Essential wastewater treatment system at the Gübretaş gold mine in Türkiye. Designed to serve more than 500 day workers, the containerized Miracell® Essential provides low energy consumption, requires no daily operator, and offers rapid mobilization, making it ideal for mining and industrial applications where environmental compliance and operational uptime are critical.

Also, this summer, we deployed another containerized R/OCell® seawater to tap system at Northwest Point Condominiums in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Drawing from a deep saltwater well with salinity above 40,000 PPM, the system has already produced more than 2 million liters of potable water in its first four months of operation. Supported by local partner Been Construction Ltd and integrated with SmartCell monitoring, the installation reinforces Rainmaker’s ability to deliver resilient and energy-efficient water solutions for island and remote communities.

The Strength of Miranda Water Technologies

A central driver of Rainmaker’s success is its investment in Miranda Water Technologies, with more than 1,200 systems deployed across 40 countries. Miranda brings decades of engineering and manufacturing expertise from its teams in Ankara, Türkiye and Peterborough, Ontario. Its portfolio includes Miracell® wastewater treatment, R/OCell® reverse osmosis systems, filtration, and SmartCell automation, providing complete decentralized water cycle solutions.

Ownership in Miranda strengthens Rainmaker’s competitive advantage by providing clients with access to proven research and development, extensive deployment expertise and a robust supply chain. These strengths enable us to deliver innovative solutions at a lower cost while ensuring reliable and scalable water technologies worldwide, creating lasting value for both our customers and shareholders.

Expanding Market Access

Rainmaker continues to expand its reach with a direct sales approach in North America and strategic partnerships internationally. This strategy brings Miranda’s advanced technologies closer to the communities and industries that need them most, while building long-term client relationships and positioning the company for sustainable revenue growth.

Looking Ahead to 2026

This year has been about building and positioning. In 2026, we expect to realize the benefits of these investments as deployments increase and revenues grow. Our strategy is built on three pillars:

1. Expanding installations of AtmoCell, Miracell®, and R/OCell® across key markets.

2. Strengthening market access through direct sales in North America and global partnerships.

3. Driving innovation on Miranda’s technology platform with chemical-free and energy-efficient systems that deliver water security where traditional infrastructure cannot.

Gratitude and Recognition

Our progress reflects the dedication of our people and the trust of our investors, clients, and partners. I especially acknowledge the Miranda Water Technologies team, whose ingenuity and passion distinguish Rainmaker as a leader in sustainable water innovation.

Together, we are building a stronger company while addressing one of the world’s most urgent challenges: access to safe and affordable water.

With gratitude and optimism,

Michael O’Connor
Chief Executive Officer
Chairman & Co-Founder
Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. (OTC: RAKR)
