With over 25 years of experience in water infrastructure, Polo brings deep expertise in deep well drilling, high-pressure pumping systems, civil engineering, and project execution.
He is the founder and longtime operator of LM4 Pozos y Construcción, S.A. de C.V., a respected company known throughout Mexico for delivering complex water infrastructure projects. Under his leadership, LM4 has successfully completed hundreds of projects involving deep groundwater extraction, municipal water installations, irrigation systems, and large scale pumping stations. His work has supported agricultural, industrial, and public sector clients, earning a reputation for reliability, technical precision, and on time delivery.
Now leading Rainmaker Mexico, Polo is focused on scaling operations and bringing Rainmaker’s innovative decentralized water solutions to underserved communities and commercial developments. He brings hands on experience in all stages of system development, including site evaluation, water sourcing, equipment integration, and construction supervision. His deep knowledge of hydraulic systems and field logistics allows him to adapt Rainmaker’s modular systems to diverse terrains and regulatory environments throughout the country.
Polo also provides critical leadership in managing local partnerships, coordinating logistics, and navigating import procedures and certifications for Rainmaker’s advanced treatment technologies. His experience in working with municipalities and government agencies has positioned Rainmaker Mexico to support both public water access programs and private sector initiatives in tourism, housing, and industry.
