As the founder of LM4 Pozos y Construcción, S.A. de C.V., he earned a strong reputation across Mexico for delivering deep well drilling, high-pressure pumping systems, and civil works. Now leading Rainmaker Mexico, Polo is focused on expanding operations and deploying decentralized water technologies. His expertise in water sourcing, system design, and logistics makes him well-equipped to manage projects in both urban and rural regions. Neil McNeill is the Vice President of Business Development at Rainmaker Mexico, a subsidiary of Rainmaker Worldwide Inc., where he leads sales and strategic growth initiatives across the region. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Neil brings over 30 years of global executive experience in NGO fundraising, education leadership, and business development. His career spans roles in both the nonprofit and academic sectors, with a focus on leadership development, strategic partnerships, and sustainable impact. At Rainmaker, Neil has been instrumental in launching operations in Aguascalientes, building the foundation for Rainmaker Mexico’s expansion in decentralized water treatment and reuse technologies.
